Custom Strap Measurements
Everyone wears their gear a little differently, so we give you a few simple ways to get the perfect fit for your radio strap.
First, you can use a cloth measuring tape. Drape it over your shoulder to mimic how you want your strap to sit, pinch it where it feels comfortable, and write down the length.
No measuring tape? No problem. A piece of string works just as well. Drape it the same way, pinch where the ends should fall, then lay the string flat and mark the spot you pinched. Measure from one end to that mark to get your strap length.
Or, if you already have a strap that fits you well, lay it flat and measure it end to end, including the hardware.
